Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Non-quality-related returns are not accepted.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items Damage or defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us at support@peaceleap.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
Refund Processing Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping If your return is approved due to a confirmed defect or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Unauthorized returns (returns made without prior approval) may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled before shipment. Please note that payment processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment method used.
