Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and does not include installation, white-glove, or special handling services.

3. International Shipping We may offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are subject to:

  • Customs duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient
  • Additional carrier delays due to customs clearance
  • Longer estimated delivery times (varies by destination)

Please check with your local customs office for applicable fees before placing an international order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Shipping Carriers We work with major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and order size.

5. Delays & Lost Packages We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions or high-volume periods
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@peaceleap.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed may not be possible once processing has begun.
